There is nothing 

More powerful 

Life-changing 

Than LOVE!

Not the kind of love 

Fairy tales promise 

Happily ever after 

Evaporates too soon.

Rather the LOVE 

That draws near during 

The hardest times 

When hearts are broken.

LOVE that is 

Tested and true 

Not by reason or logic

But just because.

The LOVE that 

Lingers bedside the lonely

Mending hopeless loss or 

Protects the vulnerable. 

**

LOVE that 

Only a parent or 

Sister can bring on earth.

Unconditional.
