We have tools today

That bridge the miles.  

Bringing us together 

Yet, keeping us apart.

Places where we can

Collect friends 

Without depth or history 

Connected, yet lonely. 

**

Our faith walk 

Sometimes feels the same. 

We can know about God

Without Him being known. 

**

In times like this, try to 

Imagine being so close

Our foreheads touch. 

A gaze so powerful

All fear and shame disappear. 

**

This is the same Gift

We can bring to others

Without distraction or 

Distance.  

**

The only investment 

Needed is time. 

For the greatest Present is

Presence.
